Order & sign-in texts — program terms

What we text you, when, how to stop it, and how to get help. This covers messages about an order you placed and codes you asked for. It is not an advertising list and there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

Program description

The Saucy Cup sends one-off text messages in response to something you did: a sign-in code you requested, a receipt for an order you just paid for, and a message when that order is ready. Nothing is recurring and nobody is added to a list. If you never order again you never hear from us.

How you join

There is no keyword and no list to join. You give us your number at the moment you need one of these messages:

• A sign-in code — you type your number into the app and tap Send my code. Tapping it is your agreement to be sent that one code, and it is the only thing it agrees to. One code per request.
• A receipt — you tick the receipt box when you order, in the app or on the screen facing you at the counter. That box is never ticked for you.
• Order updates — a single message when your order is ready, if you tick that box. It is never ticked for you, you can order without it, and you can turn it off at any time in your account. With it off we do not send the message.

Message frequency

Only in response to something you did — typically one to three messages per order. We send nothing on a schedule.

Cost

We don't charge for the messages. Msg & data rates may apply from your carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT or REVOKE to any message. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that.

STOP stops everything from this number, receipts and order-ready messages included. That is deliberate and we would rather say it plainly than have you expect otherwise: if you stop the texts, you will need to watch the counter for your order.
